We are seeking a talented and creative Visual Merchandiser to join our team and elevate our in-store and online apparel displays. Designing, developing and taking charge of the visual look of the store and its merchandise, identifying and sourcing props, fabrics, hardware and lighting; working with architectural features of stores to maximize the available space, using artistic skills or computer-aided design packages to create visuals and plans; assembling or dismantling visual displays in windows or in-store. Should be creative, imaginative and energetic, aware of current trends and activities in design, fashion and culture, have good communication skills be able to concentrate and work to tight deadlines, be able to use large and small spaces effectively, self-motivated and practical, have technical drawing skills and, for some jobs, be able to use computer-aided design packages. Key Responsibilities:

• Merchandise Displays: Create eye-catching displays by arranging clothing, accessories, and footwear in an aesthetically pleasing manner. Ensure that merchandise is organized, clean, and properly tagged.
• Planogram Development: Develop and implement planograms to optimize the placement of merchandise in the store. Pay close attention to trends, seasons, and promotional periods.
• Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels for apparel and accessories, working closely with the inventory team to ensure that items are restocked as needed and in line with visual merchandising plans.
• Store Layout: Collaborate with the store manager and other team members to design and adjust store layouts to maximize traffic flow and product visibility.
• Seasonal Displays: Stay updated on fashion trends and create seasonal displays that highlight new arrivals, promotions, and holiday-themed collections.
• Window Displays: Design and maintain captivating window displays to draw customers into the store and showcase our latest offerings.
• Customer Engagement: Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and answering questions about product placement and styling.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Visual Merchandiser in the apparel industry is preferred.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and an eye for design.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Creativity and a passion for creating visually appealing displays.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using visual merchandising software and tools is a plus.
