Job Description

Purpose of the Job:

• Create and maintain store displays to enhance product appeal.
• Execute visual merchandising for new store openings as per brand guidelines.
• Produce mockup displays, signs, floor plans, and NPD (New Product Development) displays.

Principal Accountabilities:

• Develop floor plans and 3D visual designs to maximize product visibility and sales.
• Display products to attract customers and boost engagement.
• Integrate brand imagery across all visual presentations.
• Design and execute visual presentations for new product launches.
• Drive innovation in visual merchandising concepts and display setups.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of fast-moving products.
• Coordinate visual merchandising efforts with the Zonal Manager.
• Create and install key visual merchandising elements including props.
• Organize and manage lighting systems to complement displays.
• Ensure strict compliance with brand visual standards.

Qualifications & Experience Required:

• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the retail or design industry.
• Background in design (fashion, interiors, graphics) or fine arts.
• Experience in retail and NSO (New Store Openings) preferred.

Skills Required:

• Adobe Creative Suite
• CorelDRAW
• 3D design software (e.g., SketchUp, 3ds Max)
• AutoCAD
• Strong sense of design, color, and style
• Creativity and imagination
• Awareness of current and future design trends
• Excellent visual/spatial awareness and manual dexterity
• Effective communication and negotiation abilities
