Job Title: Visual Merchandiser

Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Visual Merchandiser to enhance our store's visual appeal and deliver an exceptional customer experience. The role involves planning, creating, and implementing visually engaging displays while also supporting client site setups with appealing furniture arrangements. Architects, interior designers, and freshers with a strong creative sense are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute visual merchandising strategies to promote products and increase sales. Create attractive window displays, in-store layouts, and product arrangements aligned with brand guidelines. Regularly refresh and update store displays based on seasons, promotions, and new arrivals. Conduct client site visits to set up furniture in an aesthetically pleasing and functional manner. Work closely with architects and designers to create coordinated and impactful design presentations. Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams for cohesive brand communication. Monitor inventory to ensure adequate stock for displays. Analyse store performance and customer behaviour to refine visual strategies. Maintain visual standards and ensure a neat and organised store environment.

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising, Interior Design, Fashion, Architecture, or related field (preferred). Architects, interior designers, and freshers with a strong design sense are encouraged to apply. Proficiency in Autocad Creativity, styling abilities, and strong attention to detail. Ability to arrange furniture and decor in an appealing and client-ready manner. Good understanding of design principles, colour coordination, and layout concepts. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Requirements:

Willingness to travel for client site visits and store-related tasks. Flexibility to work weekends or during peak seasons.
