Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement creative visual merchandising strategies across stores.
Design attractive product displays to drive sales and highlight key promotions.
Ensure consistent visual standards across all locations.
Collaborate with marketing and retail teams to align displays with campaigns and seasonal themes.
Monitor inventory levels to ensure merchandise is well-stocked and presented effectively.
Conduct regular store visits to evaluate and improve displays.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor displays, and innovative merchandising techniques.
Train and guide store staff on visual merchandising standards.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Visual Merchandiser or in a similar creative retail role.
Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles and current retail trends.
Proficiency in
Microsoft Excel
for reporting, planning, and inventory tracking.
Knowledge of design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar) is an advantage.
Excellent communication, creativity, and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Flexibility to travel to multiple store locations if required.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Visual Merchandising, Marketing, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in retail visual merchandising.
