Job Description

We are looking for a Visual Merchandiser with 2+ years of experience to create engaging visual displays that drive sales and enhance customer experience across stores.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute visual merchandising strategies aligned with brand guidelines Design and implement in-store displays, window concepts, and product placements Ensure store layouts maximize space utilization and product visibility Coordinate with store teams for display execution and maintenance Monitor visual standards and conduct regular store walkthroughs Analyze sales performance and update displays accordingly Maintain seasonal themes, promotions, and new product launches Ensure visual consistency across all stores Manage visual merchandising materials and props

Required Skills & Qualifications

2+ years of experience in visual merchandising Strong understanding of retail trends and consumer behavior Knowledge of color, styling, and space planning Ability to interpret sales data and visual impact Good communication and coordination skills Willingness to travel between stores if required Proficiency in MS Office; design tools are an added advantage
