Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and experienced Freelance Visual Merchandiser to enhance our store displays and product presentation. The role focuses on creating visually appealing layouts that reflect the brand's luxury identity and improve customer engagement and sales.

Key Responsibilities

Design and execute window displays and in-store visual setups.

Plan product placement, mannequin styling, and showcase arrangements.

Ensure displays align with brand guidelines and luxury aesthetics.

Refresh visuals for new collections, festivals, and campaigns.

Coordinate with store staff and management for execution.

Maintain visual consistency across store sections.

Suggest improvements to increase footfall and conversions.

Manage visual setup within given timelines and budgets.

Required Skills

Strong visual styling and merchandising sense

Knowledge of luxury retail / jewellery display standards

Creativity with attention to detail, balance, and lighting

Understanding of customer flow and product highlighting

Good communication and coordination skills

Experience & Qualification

2-5 years experience in visual merchandising

Experience in luxury, jewellery, or fashion retail preferred

Freelance or project-based experience is a plus

Engagement Details

Mode: Freelance / On-call / Project-based

Duration: As per project

Payment: Per project / Per day (negotiable)

Location: every store

Job Type: Freelance
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
