We are looking for a

creative and detail-oriented Visual Merchandiser

to join our fashion retail team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing displays that attract customers, enhance brand identity, and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and execute in-store visual displays as per brand guidelines Plan mannequins, window displays, and product placements Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for promotions & launches Ensure store layouts are updated regularly to maintain freshness Monitor visual standards across store sections Analyze customer behavior and suggest visual improvements Maintain cleanliness and presentation of merchandise

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Visual Merchandiser (fashion/retail preferred) Strong sense of styling, color coordination & trends Knowledge of seasonal themes and fashion merchandising Ability to work independently and in a team Good communication and coordination skills Basic knowledge of retail sales strategy is a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

Diploma/Degree in Fashion Designing, Visual Merchandising, or related field Experience in ethnic wear / wedding wear / designer clothing (plus point)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
