This role involves executing timely store activations, managing seasonal and promotional displays, ensuring asset upkeep, and enhancing the overall brand presentation in line with our identity. A flair for design and willingness to travel frequently are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Event & Campaign Execution:
Plan and implement visual displays for
seasonal events, EOSS, new arrivals, festivals
, and
special promotions
.
Coordinate with the marketing and retail teams to ensure
timely rollouts
of all visual merchandising campaigns.
In-Store Visual Standards:
Ensure
store layouts, windows, mannequins
, and
POS materials
are aligned with brand guidelines.
Maintain consistency in the
look & feel
across all stores.
Store Audits & Upkeep:
Conduct
regular VM audits
to ensure compliance and identify improvements.
Monitor and ensure
maintenance of display props, signage, lights, and fixtures
.
Design Support:
Work with the internal team on
basic design adaptations
like banners, posters, shelf talkers, or any minor customizations using design software (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, CorelDRAW etc.).
Travel & Store Coordination:
Travel extensively
to various store locations for
setup, execution, and review
of visual elements.
Train store teams on
VM practices
and asset handling where necessary.
Requirements:
Experience:
2-5 years in visual merchandising for retail brands (preferably in fashion or lifestyle).

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
