Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate

Visual Media Specialist

who can independently manage video production from concept to final output. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys on-ground shooting, creative editing, and experimenting with visual formats to create engaging digital content.

Key Responsibilities : Field Production (Kolkata | 2-3 Days per Week)

You will be responsible for capturing high-quality video content across studio and outdoor locations. This includes setting up cameras, managing lighting and audio, and ensuring strong composition, framing, and sound clarity. The role involves producing a variety of content formats such as interviews, reels, short-form videos, vlogs, promotional content, documentary-style visuals, and podcast recordings.

Post-Production & Editing (Hybrid)

You will edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos suitable for digital platforms. Responsibilities include adding background music, transitions, titles, lower-thirds, sound effects, basic motion graphics, and color correction. Videos must be optimized for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and other online channels while maintaining brand consistency

Creative Collaboration

You will work closely with the marketing, design, and content teams to enhance storytelling and visual impact. The role requires openness to feedback, timely revisions, and active contribution of creative ideas to elevate content quality.

Desired Profile

Minimum

6 months of hands-on experience

in video shooting and editing Strong understanding of camera equipment, lighting, and audio setup Proficiency in

Compensation
