Job Summary:

We are looking for a

Visual Inspector

to ensure quality control in the manufacturing process of

Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs) and AIS140-compliant devices

. The candidate will be responsible for inspecting products for defects, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and maintaining detailed records of inspections.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform

visual inspection

of PCBs and AIS140 devices to identify defects like soldering issues, misaligned components, or cracks. Use

magnification tools, microscopes, and automated inspection equipment

to ensure precision. Verify that components meet industry standards, such as

IPC-A-610 for PCB assemblies

. Document inspection results and report non-conformities to the quality control team. Ensure compliance with

AIS140 manufacturing standards and specifications

. Work closely with the production team to suggest process improvements. Follow

ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) protection

protocols to handle sensitive electronic components. Conduct re-inspections after corrections and approve finished products for dispatch. Maintain a clean and organized workstation in compliance with safety regulations.

Requirements:

Education:

Diploma/ITI in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:

2+ years in visual inspection, preferably in

PCB or AIS140 manufacturing

. Knowledge of

IPC-A-610 and other PCB quality standards

. Attention to detail and ability to identify defects accurately. Familiarity with

inspection tools like magnifiers, microscopes, and AOI (Automated Optical Inspection) systems

. Strong documentation and reporting skills.

Work Conditions:

Factory/production environment with long hours of visual inspection. May require working in

rotational shifts

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
