The Graphic Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating visually compelling designs for print, digital, and social media platforms. The role requires creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high design standards.
Key Responsibilities
Develop engaging designs for brochures, banners, posters, social media posts, presentations, website graphics, and promotional materials.
Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.
Maintain brand consistency across all designs and ensure adherence to brand guidelines.
Create layouts, illustrations, icons, and infographics as needed for internal and external communication.
Edit and enhance photos, including colour correction, background removal, and retouching.
Collaborate with content and marketing teams to develop engaging campaigns
Prepare final artwork files for print production and coordinate with printing vendors when required.
Contribute creative ideas during brainstorming sessions and support content creation activities.
Work on multiple projects simultaneously with timely delivery.
Photography & Videography-
Capture photos/videos of school events and activities.Edit photos and videos for social media, presentations, and newsletters.
Skills & Qualifications
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), CorelDRAW, Canva and other design tools
Strong visual sense, creativity, and understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout principles.
Ability to convert ideas into creative concepts and visual outputs.
Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
Basic knowledge of video editing (Premiere Pro/After Effects/Capcut) is an added advantage.
