Job Description

Key Responsibilities:




Facilitate interactive, impactful educational sessions for public, school students, NGOs and specially-abled groups.


Conduct guided farm tours, sharing in-depth knowledge about the rescued animals, their natural habitats, behaviours and importance of biodiversity.


Customise educational experiences to suit diverse age groups, including preschoolers, young adults, and senior citizens.


Maintain educational materials, ensuring they are accurate, engaging, and up-to-date.


Prepare regular reports related to visitor engagement, educational outcomes, and professional development.


Participate in regular training to learn about animal handling and care procedures.


Monitor and guide interactions between visitors and animals, strictly following safety protocols.


Assisting with daily animal care routines, including feeding, watering, and cleaning enclosures. Follow established protocols and guidelines to ensure the animals' health, hygiene, and well-being.


Read, analyse, and interpret SOPs, guidelines, and scientific journals to stay informed about animal care best practices.


Foster strong relationships with schools, teachers, and community groups to build long-term educational partnerships.


Actively seek opportunities for knowledge development and consistently keep learning about animal behaviour, conservation, and education best practices.
