Position Overview:

We are seeking a Visual Designer who will serve as the creative force behind the visual representation of multiple school brands within our ecosystem. You will be responsible for designing and executing high-quality visual content that is not only aesthetically compelling but also consistent with each brand's identity, values, and messaging. From conceptualization to delivery, your work will bring our educational mission to life through powerful, engaging visuals.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with multiple teams to create materials that support both strategic brand campaigns and day-to-day communication needs. Your scope of work will range from digital content (social media posts, email graphics, web banners) to print materials (brochures, flyers, posters), event branding, school signage, and more.

You will play a critical role in upholding and evolving our brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints while also infusing each piece of design with creative flair and purpose. Your work will directly impact how our stakeholders perceive and interact with our schools,making design not just an output, but a strategic tool in engagement.

This is a role for someone who understands the intersection of design, storytelling, and education, someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, values brand coherence, and is driven by a desire to create meaning through visuals.

Key Responsibilities:



? Visual Identity Management: Serve as a brand custodian for 4-5 school brands, ensuring visual consistency across all design assets and maintaining fidelity to brand guidelines, tone, and aesthetic.

? Creative Development: Conceptualize, design, and produce a wide range of visual content including (but not limited to) social media posts, infographics, posters, brochures, presentations, newsletters, internal communication pieces, event collateral, signage, and digital campaigns.

? Digital and Print Design Execution: Create assets optimized for both print and digital formats, ensuring high-quality output across platforms such as social media, websites, emailers, internal dashboards, and display installations.

? Campaign and Project Support: Collaborate with multiple teams to support strategic campaigns, new initiatives (such as Purpose-Based Schools), and school-wide events with visually engaging communication material.

? Storytelling through Design: Translate complex ideas and school initiatives into simple, visually powerful narratives that resonate with varied stakeholders--students, parents, educators, and external partners.

? Brand Guideline Enforcement & Evolution: Uphold existing brand standards while offering thoughtful evolution of visual systems when needed; ensure all visual touch points remain consistent, appealing, and mission-aligned.

? Stakeholder Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with content writers, curriculum developers, admissions teams, and leadership to deliver timely, brand-aligned visual solutions.

? Creative Problem Solving: Offer design solutions that meet diverse stakeholder needs within brand parameters--balancing function, form, and narrative intent.

? Feedback Integration & Iteration: Incorporate stakeholder feedback efficiently and iterate designs thoughtfully without compromising brand quality or aesthetic standards.

? Design Asset Management: Maintain a well-organized design asset library and file management system for easy access, versioning, and future reference.

Key Skills & Competencies:

? Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).

? Experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro).

? Strong understanding of design principles, including layout, color theory, typography and motion graphics.

? Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Qualifications & Experience:

? Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field

? Experience: Minimum of 2 years in graphic design, preferably within an educational or nonprofit setting.

? International exposure is highly valued

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
