Summary: As a Visual Designer, you will interpret creative or design briefs to create inspiring and effective visual communication materials. A typical day involves collaborating with various teams to ensure that the visual language aligns with the brand's identity and purpose. You will engage in crafting designs that evoke emotions and convey narratives, while also developing a modular and scalable design system that can be applied across different media platforms, including digital and print. Your role will require you to stay updated with design trends and technologies to ensure that your work remains innovative and impactful. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Mentor junior designers to enhance their skills and foster a collaborative environment. - Evaluate design processes and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and creativity. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Visual Design. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with user interface design and user experience principles. - Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design. - Familiarity with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma. - Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Visual Design. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
