Job Description

We're looking for a Visual Designer who can bring ideas to life across marketing, product, and motion, from social media and paid ads to in-app visuals and brand systems. You'll be part of a lean, creative team that moves fast, experiments often, and takes ownership from concept to execution. This role blends brand design, motion design, and UI/UX, shaping how thousands of users experience Dieture every day.

Responsibilities:

Own static + motion creative production across IG, FB, LinkedIn, paid ads, website, email, and in-app. Design story-led carousels and short-form motion (5-45s), hooks, captions, lower thirds, supers, subtle transitions. Create performance ad variants (sizes, ratios) and iterate from data (CTR, hook rate, VTR). Develop and maintain brand system type, colour, grids, iconography, motion behaviours, and templates. Edit/light-grade footage; animate logos, product elements, and UI/feature demos (GIF/Lottie where useful). Art-direct shoots (shot lists, framing guides) with videographers/photographers. Maintain file hygiene and shared libraries (Figma components, AE templates). Collaborate with copy, strategy, and performance teams on storyboards, creative direction, and rapid A/B testing. Support UI/UX design for Dieture's app and website using Figma. Participate in design critiques and brainstorming sessions; contribute to creative concepts for campaigns and launches. Stay up to date with design, motion, and lifestyle trends, ensuring Dieture's visuals feel modern and premium.

Requirements:

2-4 years in brand, marketing, or visual design, with a portfolio spanning both static and motion work. Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing social content, motion design, and premium aesthetics. Tools: Figma, Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro, Photoshop and Illustrator.

Core Skills:

Mastery of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy. Strong understanding of motion fundamentals, timing, easing, pacing for short-form content, kinetic type, and text animation. Ability to create high-quality 2D/3D animation graphics. Comfort working from briefs, copy decks, and performance data.

Soft Skills:

Excellent English communication. Detail-oriented, organised, and comfortable in a fast-paced remote setup. Balances creativity with precision and consistency.
