Overview

We are seeking a talented and creative Visual Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting visually compelling designs that align with our brand identity and marketing objectives. You will leverage your expertise in various design tools and techniques to create engaging digital and print materials that resonate with our audience. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in graphic design principles, a keen eye for aesthetics, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute innovative visual designs for a variety of projects, including branding, marketing materials, web design, and print advertising. Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually appealing content that enhances brand recognition and engagement. Create logos, illustrations, and motion graphics that effectively communicate our brand message. Utilize tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Sketch, and CorelDRAW to produce high-quality designs. Implement UI design principles to enhance user experience on digital platforms. Manage color theory and typography to ensure consistency across all visual assets. Conduct photo manipulation and editing to enhance imagery used in marketing campaigns. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for ongoing projects. Maintain organized files and documentation for all design projects using content management systems.

Requirements

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Sketch, CorelDRAW, and Adobe After Effects. Strong understanding of digital design principles including UI/UX design, web design, motion graphics, and production design. Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript is a plus. Knowledge of branding strategies and marketing concepts. Excellent presentation skills with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly to stakeholders. Familiarity with layout design, typesetting, color management, color theory, photography, and video editing is preferred. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously. Strong attention to detail with a passion for creating visually stunning designs.
