Role Snapshot:
We're looking for a
Visual Designer
to shape Wokelo's visual identity across digital channels. You'll craft social media creatives including static posts, carousels, infographics, and event assets, that translate complex ideas into sharp, credible visuals for finance and consulting audiences.
What You'll Own:
Social Media Creative Production:
Design high-quality static posts, carousels, and infographics for LinkedIn campaigns, founder branding, and event promotions.
Visual Storytelling:
Turn product, client, and event narratives into on-brand visuals for professional audiences.
Design Ops:
Build and maintain asset libraries, templates, and brand guidelines for consistent, repeatable output.
Campaign Support:
Partner with marketing on assets for product launches, newsletters, and event collateral.
Brand Stewardship:
Uphold Wokelo's enterprise tone--
clean, credible, outcomes-first
--across every touchpoint.
Web/Email Collateral:
Provide visuals for landing pages, nurture emails, and product packs.
Must-Have Skills:
2-3 years of relevant experience with graphics & UI.
A strong portfolio of
social/digital
design (carousels, infographics, campaign assets).
Proficiency in
Figma
and
Canva
; solid command of layout, grids, hierarchy, typography, and spacing.
Proven ability to design creatives that
engage finance/consulting audiences

An exceptional eye for detail and aesthetics.
Speed and ownership:
