Option Design is looking for a creative and technically strong Visual Designer / Art Director
who can independently create impactful visuals for both offline and digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong design sense, hands-on technical expertise, and the ability to handle end-to-end visual execution.
Key Responsibilities
Offline Design Work
Design hoardings, brochures, posters, print advertisements, and branding collaterals
Develop visually compelling layouts for marketing and corporate communication
Ensure brand consistency across all offline creatives
Online & Digital Design Work
Create social media creatives, digital ads, banners, and campaign visuals
Work closely with marketing and content teams to translate concepts into engaging visuals
Adapt designs for multiple platforms and formats
Technical Skills Required
Proficiency in
CorelDRAW
Proficiency in
Adobe Illustrator (AI)
Strong understanding of layouts, typography, color theory, and visual composition
Ability to conceptualize and execute designs independently
Experience & Qualifications
4-5 years of relevant experience in visual design / graphic design
Experience in handling both
print and digital creatives
Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and technical capabilities
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
