Job Overview:

You've worked on famous brands, designing their logos & identity all the way through to the specifications in the brand guidelines. You have more than 3+ years of experience working in a well-recognized branding studio. You're creative, strategic, and passionate about what you do - the typeface matters and so does the pixel size. You would be responsible for creating designs that are visually appealing & effective based on the unique requirements of the customers. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of design principles, as well as the ability to work within tight deadlines.

Key tasks & responsibilities:

Develop creative designs based on the brief shared by the customer. (design concepts and ideas). Help define the basic elements of the design (eg: brand identity, colour, typography, imagery). Work on multiple projects simultaneously sub-projects (creative, quality control, timely delivery). Work closely with customers to understand their needs and translate those needs into visually appealing and effective designs. Create consistent designs that are in accordance with the brand guidelines. Stay up-to date with industry trends to ensure designs are current & innovative. Work & manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines & delivering high-quality work. Continuously strive to improve design skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, or related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience 1+ year as a Visual Designer, Graphic Designer, or similar role. Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in print design. Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) Excellent communication skills - ability to present ideas, explain design decisions, and collaborate with diverse clients. Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?28,000.00 per month
