We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented

Visual Designer

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for creating visually stunning designs that communicate messages effectively and align with our brand identity. As a Visual Designer, you will work closely with our marketing, content, and strategy teams to develop graphics for a variety of media, including digital platforms, print materials, and marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Design Creation:

Develop visually appealing designs for websites, social media platforms, advertising campaigns, and print materials. Create engaging layouts, illustrations, and infographics that enhance storytelling and branding efforts.

Brand Consistency:

Maintain and enhance the visual identity of the brand across all communication channels. Ensure design elements adhere to brand guidelines and create a cohesive visual experience.

Collaboration:

Work with content creators, marketers, and strategists to produce designs that align with campaign objectives. Actively participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute fresh design ideas.

Prototyping & Iteration:

Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for web and app designs as needed. Iterate designs based on feedback to achieve the desired outcome.

Trends & Innovation:

Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to bring innovative ideas to the team. Experiment with new design techniques to enhance the creative process.

Quality Assurance:

Ensure high-quality output by reviewing designs for accuracy, consistency, and alignment with objectives.

Skills & Qualifications:

Educational Background:

A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma or Sketch. Understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles. Basic knowledge of animation or motion graphics (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus. Familiarity with UI/UX principles and tools.

Experience:

1-4 years of experience as a Visual Designer or similar role.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
