Key Responsibilities
Design creatives for
social media platforms
(static posts, carousels, ad creatives and visual assets).
Work on
branding requirements
including logo, packaging, brand kit and design collaterals.
Coordinate with
Key Account Managers / Reporting Heads
to understand briefs and timelines.
Ensure timely delivery of creatives with attention to detail and brand consistency.
Implement feedback and revisions efficiently.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Learn and grow under the guidance of
senior designers
.
Required Skills & Tools
Strong working knowledge of
Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva
(mandatory).
Understanding of design fundamentals -- typography, color, layout, and visual hierarchy.
Ability to deliver work with
speed and accuracy
.
Good to Have:
Exposure to
AI-based design tools
.
Basic knowledge of
motion design
.
Requirements
Minimum
2 years of graphic design experience
.
Agency experience is mandatory
.
Strong coordination and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site agency setup.
