About the Role
We're looking for a Visual Design Intern who is highly open-minded, creatively curious, and driven by experimentation. Someone with a strong creative spark, eager to try new ideas, explore emerging tools, and grow alongside the fast-paced, ever-evolving design and technology landscape. You don't need to know everything, but you should be excited to learn anything.
What You'll Mainly Work On

• Social Media Design: Posts, carousels, stories, and visual content for digital platforms
• Marketing Assets: Campaign creatives, ads, posters, banners, and digital collaterals
• Presentations: Visually compelling pitch decks, internal decks, and client presentations
• Branding: Brand visuals, moodboards, visual systems, and design explorations

What You'll Do

• Create high-quality visual assets across multiple formats and platforms
• Translate briefs and ideas into impactful visual design solutions
• Collaborate closely with designers, strategists, and content teams
• Experiment with new tools, AI workflows, and emerging visual formats
• Explore layouts, typography, color systems, and visual styles beyond templates
• Iterate quickly based on feedback and evolving project needs

What We're Looking For

• A highly open-minded individual with a genuine creative spark
• Strong curiosity and willingness to adapt to fast-growing design technology
• Intermediate working knowledge of Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)

(You don't need to be fully well-versed or an expert--we value learning mindset over mastery) * Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Design, Visual Communication, or related fields

• Strong visual sensibility and attention to detail
• Comfortable with feedback, iteration, and rapid learning
• A portfolio that reflects curiosity, experimentation, and design thinking (student or personal projects are welcome)

Bonus Points If You

• Are exploring motion design, AI-assisted design, or interactive formats
• Stay updated with design trends, digital culture, and new tech
• Enjoy concept development, not just execution
