What would you do?

We are seeking a talented and motivated Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their design skills across various digital mediums. They should be passionate about creating visually compelling and effective designs that align with our clients brand identities and goals. Coordinate with internal Instructional Design team and Technology team for media assets development.

What are we looking for?

oDevelopment under supervision. oAbility to learn and upskill. oTechnical skills: a. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design software. b. Should have basic knowledge of Generative AI. oCreativity and Design skills: a. Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques. b. Ability to conceptualize and execute original ideas. c. Attention to details is a must. oGood communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and receive feedback. oStrong organizational skills. oOpen to learning and adapting to new tools, techniques, and design trends. oExperience with web design, UX/UI principles, and motion graphics will be a plus.

Roles and Responsibilities:

oIn this role you are required to do analysis and solving of lower-complexity problems o Your day to day interaction is with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors o In this role you may have limited exposure with clients and/or Accenture management o You will be given moderate level instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instructions on new assignments o The decisions you make impact your own work and may impact the work of others o You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a focused scope of work o Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
