Job Purpose

We are looking for a

creative and detail-oriented Photo, Reel Editor & Graphic Designer

to support our marketing team. The role focuses on

editing photos, reels, and creating engaging graphic content

for social media platforms and marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in

marketing-focused editing and visual storytelling

.

Roles & Responsibilities

Edit

photos, reels, and short-form videos

for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.). Design

creative posts, stories, banners, and marketing creatives

. Enhance photos using professional editing techniques (color correction, retouching, cropping). Edit reels with trending formats, music, transitions, and effects. Work closely with the marketing team to align visuals with campaign objectives. Maintain brand consistency across all creatives. Organize and manage creative files and assets properly. Stay updated with social media trends, formats, and design styles.

Internal:

Marketing Team, Content Team, Social Media Team, Management

External:

Vendors / Freelancers (if required)

Knowledge, Training & Experience RequiredEducation:

Graduate / Diploma in Graphic Design, Media, Marketing, or related field (preferred)

Experience:

Minimum 1 year

of experience in

marketing, photo editing, reel editing, or graphic design

Skills & Competencies

Photo editing (Photoshop, Lightroom, Snapseed, etc.) Reel / video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, VN, After Effects - basic) Graphic design (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.) Understanding of

marketing and social media content

Creative eye for aesthetics and branding Time management & ability to meet deadlines Good communication and coordination skills
