Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Timing: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM

Salary Range: ?30,000 - ?60,000 (Based on Experience)

About the Role

We are looking for a highly creative Visual Artist who can handle photography, videography, and creative direction for our jewelry campaigns. The ideal candidate should be from NIFT or a reputed design/communication institute, with a background in Fashion Communication or Photography/Videography and a strong aesthetic sense for jewelry or fashion content.

You'll lead the visual identity of Laviscart -- from conceptualizing shoot ideas and setting moods to executing indoor & outdoor shoots and directing team members for visual consistency across campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Conceptualize, plan, and lead all photo and video shoots (model + product).

Handle camera setup, lighting, styling, and direction during shoots.

Work closely with the marketing & social media team to create content ideas.

Maintain brand tone and visual language across all platforms.

Edit and finalize visuals using tools like Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro.

Direct creative concepts, campaigns, and storytelling visuals for ads & social media.

Requirements

Graduate from NIFT (Fashion Communication) or related creative field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in photography, videography, or content direction.

Excellent visual sense, creative direction, and leadership ability.

Strong in aesthetic composition, lighting, and styling.

Must work full-time from office (Bhayandar East).
