Candidate must have min 2..3+ yrs of relevant work experience in same

Client and Application Management

Consultation:

Assess client needs and eligibility for a visitor visa based on their individual circumstances.

Guidance:

Provide clear and accurate information on visa requirements, application procedures, and current immigration laws for various countries.

Application processing:

Assist clients with accurately completing visa application forms.

Communication:

Handle client inquiries, provide timely updates, and coordinate with embassies or consulates on behalf of clients.
Documentation and Compliance

Document review:

Verify the authenticity and completeness of all supporting documents, such as financial statements, travel itineraries, and identity records.

Document preparation:

Advise clients on what documentation is needed and how to prepare it correctly.

Compliance:

Ensure all applications and documents meet the specific requirements and legal standards of the destination country.
Administration and Strategy

Record-keeping:

Maintain accurate and confidential records of client interactions and application progress.

Performance:

Meet assigned targets and manage multiple clients and deadlines simultaneously.
