About AJNA Tuition Classes:

AJNA Tuition Classes is expanding its 9th & 10th-grade programs for SSC & CBSE boards. We seek passionate educators to prepare students for board exams through comprehensive teaching and personalized guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging lectures for 9th & 10th-grade students (SSC & CBSE). Prepare & administer chapter-wise tests; provide constructive feedback. Conduct doubt-solving sessions & assess student performance. Strategically prepare students for board exams, including prelims. Maintain logbooks detailing curriculum progress and student performance.

Qualifications & Experience:

Educational Background (One of):

M.A. in relevant subject (English, Hindi, Marathi, Sanskrit, History, Geography, Political Science, Economics) B.Sc. (Maths) OR B.A. with subject specialization of (English, Hindi, Marathi, Sanskrit, History, Geography, Political Science, Economics) BSc. (Maths) with B.ed

Highly Preferred:

B.Ed. qualification.

Experience:

Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of teaching experience welcome.

Skills:

Strong subject expertise (SSC/CBSE), excellent communication, classroom management, and assessment creation.

Working Hours & Remuneration:

Hours:

Approx. 7-14 hours/week (lectures, test prep, assessment, feedback).

Remuneration:

?500/- per hour for lecture delivery. This rate is comprehensive and includes all associated tasks (test prep, grading, feedback).

Important Note on Start Date:

This position's start date is contingent on achieving minimum student enrollment. Candidates must understand and accept that the vacancy may be adjusted or withdrawn if enrollment targets are not met. A formal agreement will be provided upon selection.

Timings:

Between 3pm to 9pm (Monday to Saturday)
