Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and skilled

Animation & VFX Trainer

who can train students in the fundamentals and advanced techniques of 2D/3D Animation, Motion Graphics, and Visual Effects. The trainer should be creative, technically strong, and capable of delivering engaging sessions to beginners and career-focused students.

Key ResponsibilitiesTraining & Delivery

Conduct training sessions for

2D Animation, 3D Animation, VFX, Motion Graphics, and Compositing

. Teach software such as

Adobe Animate, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Autodesk Maya, Blender, Nuke, Fusion

, etc. Explain concepts like

storyboarding, character animation, camera movement, lighting, rigging, texturing, rendering

, and

post-production

. Provide practical, hands-on projects and guide students with real-time assignments.

Student Development

Prepare students for

industry-standard portfolios, showreels, and interviews

. Evaluate student performance and provide feedback. Motivate and mentor students to develop creativity and technical skills.

Curriculum & Planning

Create lesson plans, assessments, and project briefs. Update curriculum based on latest industry tools and trends. Collaborate with academic coordinators to ensure high-quality training delivery.

Classroom & Batch Management

Maintain discipline, punctuality, and a positive learning environment. Assist in batch scheduling, attendance, and assessments. Support academic events, workshops, and seminars.

Skills & QualificationsTechnical Skills

Strong knowledge of

Animation Principles, 3D Modelling, Rigging, Texturing, Lighting, Rendering, and VFX Compositing

. Proficiency in software like:

Autodesk Maya / Blender

Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop

Nuke / Fusion

3ds Max (optional)

Soft Skills

Excellent communication and presentation skills. Patience, creativity, and passion for teaching. Ability to simplify complex topics for students.

Eligibility

Degree/Diploma in Animation, VFX, Multimedia, or related field. Prior teaching or studio experience preferred.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,626.60 - ₹64,175.06 per month
