The Visit Executive plays a crucial role in driving real estate sales by managing site visits, engaging prospective buyers, and ensuring a smooth and informative customer experience. This role supports the sales team by coordinating property tours, presenting project details, and building strong customer relationships that ultimately support lead conversion and sales growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesClient Visit Coordination
Schedule and coordinate property site visits for walk-in clients, online leads, brokers, and corporate clients.
Welcome and escort customers through the project site, model apartments, amenities, and sample units.
Ensure the site, sample flats, and presentation areas are always visitor-ready.
Sales Engagement & Presentation
Provide clients with accurate project information--floor plans, pricing, amenities, approvals, construction updates, and payment plans.
Assist the sales team during presentations, demonstrations, and closing discussions.
Share promotional material, brochures, and relevant documents with customers.
Lead Management
Capture customer details, preferences, and feedback into the CRM.
Assist in follow-ups for post-visit queries, documentation, and next steps.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely lead nurturing.
Cross-Team Coordination
Work closely with Marketing, CRM, and sales departments to improve visit quality and customer engagement.
Coordinate with the site office, security, and admin staff to ensure smooth visitor flow and experience.
Customer Experience
Ensure every visitor receives a warm, professional, and informative experience.
Understand customer needs and suggest property options that match their budget and requirements.
Maintain a high level of customer service throughout the visit process.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or any related field.
1-3 years of experience in real estate sales support, hospitality, customer service, or client relations.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Confidence in interacting with high-value clients and brokers.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in real estate project sales or site visit coordination.
Knowledge of real estate documentation, pricing structures, and unit configurations.
Ability to handle multiple client visits and manage peak-hour traffic.
