Zami Tours is looking for a

detail-oriented and fast Visa Typist

to support our growing visa-processing operations. This role requires high typing speed, accuracy, and the ability to manage large volumes of data with precision. The candidate will be responsible for preparing visa applications, entering client information, and ensuring documentation complies with UAE visa guidelines.

You will work closely with our visa team to ensure smooth, error-free processing and deliver a seamless experience to our clients and partner travel agents.

Key Responsibilities

Typing visa applications and related data with

60-70 WPM typing speed

Reviewing client documents and entering accurate information Ensuring all data is correctly formatted and compliant with visa standards Checking and correcting errors before submission Coordinating with the UAE visa processing team for updates and clarifications Maintaining confidential information securely Meeting daily and weekly productivity targets

Requirements

Typing Speed:

60-70 WPM (Mandatory) High level of accuracy and attention to detail Good command of English for reading and understanding documents Ability to multitask and work under deadlines Basic computer and MS Office knowledge Prior experience in visa typing or administrative work is a plus
