Key Responsibilities
Collect, verify, and prepare visa documents for applicants
Submit and collect visa files from
VFS, Consulate, and Embassy
Fill visa application forms and ensure accuracy of documents
Coordinate with clients and travel agents on requirements and file status
Handle biometrics scheduling and tracking
Maintain daily record of submissions and collections (Excel / WhatsApp / CRM)
Communicate politely and professionally with customers and officials
Handle urgent visas and time-bound cases efficiently
Perform courier / logistics work related to visa documentation.
Required Skills & Experience
1 - 3 years experience
in visa documentation / VFS submissions preferred
Good knowledge of VFS / Embassy submission process
Strong communication skills (Hindi / English)
Basic computer skills (Email, Excel, PDF, WhatsApp Business)
Ability to handle pressure and multiple urgent files
Must be punctual, responsible, and trustworthy.
Must Have
Two-wheeler license preferred
(not compulsory if local travel manageable)
Professional behavior & customer handling skills
Willingness to travel within Mumbai daily.
Salary
?16,000 - ?23,000 per month
(based on experience) + travel allowance.
