Key Responsibilities:

Documentation and Verification:
Collect and verify required documents such as passports, photographs, invitation letters, financial statements, etc.
Ensure that all documents meet the specific visa requirements set by the embassy or consulate.
Client Communication:
Communicate with applicants regarding the status of their visa applications.
Provide guidance on necessary documents, processing times, and other requirements.
Respond to queries and resolve any issues or concerns applicants may have during the application process.
Appointment Scheduling:
Coordinate and schedule visa interviews, appointments, and biometrics, if necessary.
Inform applicants about interview schedules and ensure they understand the process.
Maintain Records and Reports:
