Client Assessment & Consultation

Evaluate client eligibility for PR/work/residence visas for:

Canada

(Express Entry, PNP, LMIA, Study ? PR pathways)

Australia

(Skill Select, GSM, State Nomination)

Germany

(Opportunity Card, Job Seeker Visa)

Portugal & Sweden

(D7, D2, Job Seeker, Residence/Work visas) Other EU migration programs Provide personalized migration solutions based on client's profile. Conduct document checks and identify missing or incorrect documents.

Documentation Management

Prepare and review all required forms, applications, and supporting documents.

Organize documentation for: Educational credentials (ECA/ACS/Anerkennung) Skill assessments (WES, IQAS, ACS, Engineers Australia, ANZSCO) Work experience letters PCC, medical exams, biometrics Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with visa authority guideline

Application Processing

Manage end-to-end visa filing for: PR applications (Canada & Australia) Work permits (Europe) Residence permits Visa renewals and follow-up Submit applications through portals: IRCC (Canada) SkillSelect/ImmiAccount (Australia) BAMF / German Federal systems SEF/AIMA (Portugal) Swedish Migration Agency

Coordination & Communication

Liaise with clients, immigration authorities, embassies, and third-party agencies. Coordinate appointments for: Biometrics Visa interviews Medical tests PCC processing Coordination & Communication Liaise with clients, immigration authorities, embassies, and third-party agencies.
