We are looking for a

Visa Process Counsellor

who is passionate about helping individuals navigate their journey to explore the world. If you have strong communication skills, can build relationships quickly, and excel at guiding interested clients through the visa process to a successful outcome, we'd love to have you on our team.

The Job



Provide personalized guidance to clients about the visa application process, ensuring they understand
requirements and documentation.
Foster relationships with interested clients, to increase their trust in Atlys. Convert conversations from prospecting clients to successful transactions on Atlys. Stay up-to-date with evolving visa regulations and requirements for various countries. Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and concerns via phone, email, or in-person

meetings.
Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve our services and streamline processes

The ideal candidate



Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple clients and their concerns simultaneously. Should have knowledge about complex visa processes, particularly for the UK, Australia, New Zealand, Canada with previous experience in visa services or embassy work preferred. Exceptional communication skills in English, with the ability to persuade people with your words. Ability to think on your feet and solve any customer doubts. Problem-solving aptitude and the ability to navigate challenges with diplomacy and efficiency. * Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering top-notch service.
