• Manage end-to-end visa processing for clients, including documentation, application submission, and embassy follow-up.
• Offer expert advice on visa requirements, procedures, and travel regulations to clients. Liaise with embassies, consulates, and relevant authorities to ensure smooth visa processing.
• Stay updated with the latest visa rules, regulations, and documentation requirements, including expertise in France visa processing.
• Assist clients in accurately completing visa application forms.
• Conduct pre-screening interviews or assessments to ensure clients meet visa requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of visa applications and approvals.
• Provide excellent customer service and address queries or concerns related to visa processing.
• Collaborate with travel agencies, airlines, and partners to facilitate visa processing. Handle any visa-related emergencies or issues that may arise.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in visa processing.
• Mandatory expertise in Schengen visa processing, with specific experience in France visa processing.
• Strong knowledge of visa rules, regulations, and documentation requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
