Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound & outbound calls, emails, and chats.
Resolve customer queries quickly and professionally.
Provide accurate information related to services and transactions.
Assist USA & India clients in card/payment-related issues.
Escalate complex queries to higher teams when required.
Maintain proper records of customer interactions.
Meet daily productivity and quality targets.
Ensure excellent customer experience.
Skills Required:
Absolute fluency in English (mandatory).
Strong communication & query handling skills.
Good problem-solving ability.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Positive attitude and team spirit.
