Job Description

Visa Filing Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the entire visa application process, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing support to clients throughout the process. Key Responsibilities and Duties:

Application Management:

Review and verify visa applications, ensuring all necessary documents are included and completed accurately. Maintain an organized system for tracking and managing visa documentation. Verify the authenticity and validity of supporting documents and information provided by clients. Stay updated on visa policy changes, regulations, and requirements.

Client Support:

Provide counsel and information regarding the visa application process to applicants. Answer queries and provide support for visa-related matters. Act as a single point of contact for clients with respect to queries and documentation.

Administrative Tasks:

Prepare and file various immigration applications, including visa applications. Perform administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents. Manage the update of visa records in the system.

Compliance and Accuracy:

Ensure all required documents are submitted accurately and timely for visa applications. Maintain and update templates or checklists for visa documentation requirements. Assess the eligibility of applicants for different visa types.

Team Management (If applicable):

Lead and manage a team of visa filing officers or executives. Allocate duties, coordinate amongst staff, and prioritize tasks. Mentor and train team members.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
