. The role involves preparing, reviewing, and submitting visa applications for study, tourist, work, and PR categories. Key duties include verifying client documents, ensuring accuracy as per embassy requirements, coordinating with counsellors and clients, keeping track of application status, and staying updated with the latest immigration policies. The ideal candidate should have excellent knowledge of visa filing procedures, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work under deadlines with accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities of a Visa Filing Expert:

Collect, verify, and organize all required documents for visa applications. Accurately prepare and file

study, tourist, work, and PR visa applications

. Ensure applications comply with embassy/immigration requirements and timelines. Coordinate with students/clients to resolve missing or incorrect documentation. Maintain records of all filed applications and keep track of their progress. Communicate with counsellors, clients, and other departments for smooth processing. Stay updated with the latest

visa rules, policies, and embassy updates

. Provide professional support and guidance to clients during the visa process. Handle queries and resolve issues related to visa filing efficiently. Meet deadlines while maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail.
