Job Summary:



The Visa Filing Officer is responsible for managing visa applications, ensuring the submission of accurate documentation, providing client counseling, and writing compelling Statements of Purpose (SOPs). This role requires a high level of attention to detail, strong communication skills, and expertise in visa procedures.

Key Responsibilities:



Visa Application Processing:

Guide clients through visa application forms, ensuring all documentation is complete and compliant.

SOP Writing:

Create and review Statements of Purpose (SOPs) for clients, ensuring clarity and alignment with visa requirements.

Client Counseling:

Advise clients on visa options, eligibility, and documentation, offering tailored solutions.

Document Management:

Verify, organize, and submit necessary documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Communication & Reporting:

Maintain client communication, update on visa statuses, and generate application reports.

Qualifications:



Education:

Bachelor's degree (preferred).

Experience:

2-3 years in visa filing or immigration-related roles, with a background in SOP writing and client counseling.

Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication, attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and knowledge of visa regulations.

Attributes:



Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple cases. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of immigration policies and procedures.
