study visas, work permits, tourist visas, dependent visas, and permanent residency applications
. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in embassy procedures and documentation standards for major immigration destinations like Canada, the UK, USA, Australia, and Schengen countries.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end visa filing processes for multiple countries and visa categories.
Review and verify client documents as per embassy or consulate requirements.
Ensure all visa files are complete, accurate, and submitted within timelines.
Track application status and update clients regularly on progress or additional requirements.
Stay updated with changing immigration policies, visa regulations, and embassy guidelines.
Liaise with embassies, consulates, and VFS/visa application centers when necessary.
Maintain detailed records of all applications and client interactions.
Provide guidance to clients on visa interview preparation, biometrics, and travel documentation.
Handle resubmissions or follow-ups for rejected or delayed applications.
Work closely with counsellors and documentation teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong understanding of visa documentation for various countries and categories.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple files and work under tight deadlines.
High attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office and visa processing portals.
