About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated

Visa Filing Officer

to join our Ferozepur team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and submitting student visa applications with accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end student visa filing process. Review client documents and ensure all requirements are met. Stay updated with the latest visa guidelines, embassy rules, and regulations. Coordinate with counselors and clients for timely submissions. Maintain filing records and track application progress.

Requirements:

Graduate (any stream), preference for candidates with prior visa filing experience. Strong knowledge of student visa processes (UK, Canada, Australia, etc. preferred). Excellent communication & organizational skills. Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
