Assisted clients in preparing and submitting visa applications for countries such as

Canada, UK, Australia, NZ and Schengen nations

. Reviewed application forms (IMM, VFS, online portals) to ensure

accuracy, completeness, and compliance

with embassy and immigration guidelines. Collected, verified, and organized

supporting documents

including passports, financial records, employment letters, SOPs, and travel history. Guided applicants on

document requirements, timelines, and visa procedures

, ensuring clarity and transparency. Coordinated with

embassies, consulates, VFS centers, and courier services

for application submission and tracking. Maintained

client records, case notes, and follow-ups

using internal databases and spreadsheets. Drafted and reviewed

Letters of Explanation (LOEs), cover letters, and affidavits

as per visa requirements. Monitored application status and provided

regular updates

to clients regarding approvals, refusals, or additional document requests. Ensured strict adherence to

confidentiality and data protection

standards while handling client information. Supported senior consultants in

case assessment, eligibility checks, and quality control

before final submission.
