Job Description
The post holder will provide free professional advice and guidance to clients interested in studying in the Canada, UK, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and other countries. She will work to specific targets set by the Office Head and her performance will be judged on the same. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in working with people and be highly motivated, result-orientated towards the work. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Handle client interactions and queries related to Study Visa applications for Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, USA & Europe.
- Ensure that all of the information provided by the client is accurate and correct.
- Effectively manage client queries through phone, email and in-person.
- Maintaining accurate ledger and computer records of applications sent for admission.
- Oversee the completion of all relevant visa and immigration documents on time.
- Liaising with clients, other offices and client Requirements.
- Undertaking project work as decided by the Office Management.
- Assisting with the general running of the office to ensure smooth operations.
- Result-orientated and able to work under pressure to achieve targets.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English as well as the local language.
- Good knowledge of computers and related processes.
- Thorough knowledge of Immigration / Visa Processing.
- Empathetic to client needs & ability to effectively resolve issues.
