- Handle client interactions and queries related to Study Visa applications for Canada.
- Ensure that all of the information provided by the client is accurate and correct.
- Efficiently manage client relationships & queries through phone, email and in-person.
- Oversee the completion of all relevant visa and immigration documents on time.
- Strong Interpersonal, Communication, and Organizational skills.
- Good knowledge of computers and related processes.
- Thorough knowledge of Immigration / Visa Processing for Canada.
- At least one year of experience in the same field.
- Empathetic to client needs & ability to effectively resolve issues.
