Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable Schengen & International Visa and Travel Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be an expert in handling a wide range of visa application processes, with a strong focus on Schengen visas and a solid understanding of visa requirements for other countries. This role also requires proficiency in issuing travel packages and tickets. Exceptional customer service, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive approach are essential for success.

Responsibilities:

Provide expert guidance on Schengen and other international visa requirements and procedures. Accurately handle all types of immigration form filling and filing for various countries. Utilize in-depth knowledge of consulate and embassy forms and modules globally. Proficiently issue travel packages and flight tickets for visa applicants and other travel needs. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of global visa rules, regulations, and embassy guidelines. Ensure meticulous preparation and submission of all visa and travel documents. Provide exemplary customer service (verbal and written) regarding visa and travel arrangements. Build strong client relationships, ensuring positive visa and travel booking experiences. Collaborate effectively with team members and external stakeholders (travel agencies, embassies). Manage operational aspects of visa and travel processes, including cost and revenue. Stay informed on relevant global geopolitical and immigration policy changes. Actively participate in team meetings and contribute enthusiastically. Demonstrate ambition for continuous professional development in immigration and travel. Ensure extremely strong process execution in all tasks. Take on additional responsibilities within a 2-year growth trajectory.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree (Preferred). Proven experience in Schengen visa applications is highly desirable.

Strong knowledge of visa processes for other countries is a significant advantage.

Experience in issuing travel packages and flight tickets is highly beneficial.

Exemplary customer service skills with a positive client interaction record. Extrovert personality with excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills. Awareness and keen interest in global current affairs related to travel and immigration. Strong ambition for continuous learning and skill improvement in visa and travel. Enthusiastic and proactive team player.

Language:

English: Required (Excellent written and verbal communication) Hindi: Required (Excellent written and verbal communication) Punjabi: Must (Proficient speaking & Reading ability) Strong belief in and commitment to extremely strong process execution. Key skills in relationship management, operations, cost awareness, and revenue management. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in relevant computer applications, online visa portals, and travel booking systems. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
