Travel Bell is looking for an experienced Visa Expert to manage and process domestic and international visa applications. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of visa documentation, embassy/consulate processes, and the ability to guide clients through every step of the visa procedure while ensuring accuracy and compliance. Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end visa application processes for various countries.
Provide clients with updated information on visa requirements, documentation, and embassy rules.
Review and verify visa forms, supporting documents, and ensure error-free submissions.
Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and visa centers for application tracking and status updates.
Assist clients with travel insurance, appointment scheduling, and interview preparations.
Maintain accurate records of applications, fees, and client communications.
Stay updated on immigration policies, rules, and changes in visa procedures. Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in visa processing within a travel agency or similar industry.
In-depth knowledge of Schengen, UK, US, Canada, and other major visa categories.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Attention to detail with excellent documentation skills.
Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple applications simultaneously.
Familiarity with online visa application portals and embassy guidelines. Benefits
