- Educate Admission and Counselling Team about the latest updates and lead them with result-oriented strategies
- Serve as the process owner for all clients (students) of the branch and ensure they are guided well throughout the visa application process
- Cross-check complete visa application documentation and ensure accuracy
- Provide advice to the team on managing students and preparing visa files
- Learn and efficiently use the company's CRM portal for routine activities
- Ensure timely updating of all leads, students, and applications into CRM
Minimum 1 year experienced in same profile
Communication Skill and English Skill also required
