Job Summary:

We are hiring a

Visa Executive

to manage visa documentation, regulatory procedures, and corporate legal compliance at our Barasat office. This role supports our operations in

travel, forex, and healthcare

, helping ensure clients and teams adhere to evolving Indian and international immigration rules.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and interpret

Indian immigration laws, visa eligibility criteria

, and

embassy policy updates

Assist clients with

visa documentation

, application filing, and liaison with embassies and consulates Ensure legal compliance for

tourist, business, student, and work visa

categories Maintain well-documented and

audit-ready records

for clients and internal operations Advise internal teams and customers on

policy changes

, eligibility risks, and documentation standards Collaborate with legal and travel partners to resolve compliance concerns efficiently

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 1-3 years experience in

visa consultancy, immigration services, or legal compliance

Knowledge of

visa laws and embassy procedures

, especially in the Kolkata/Barasat region Strong communication and document verification skills Attention to detail and experience in

client-facing advisory roles

Fluency in

English, Hindi, and Bengali

is preferred
