Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Manage complete documentation process for Canada immigration programs . Collect, verify, and organize client documents as per visa category requirements. Review application forms and supporting documents to ensure completeness and accuracy. Coordinate with clients regularly for missing information or clarification. Stay updated on IRCC policies, procedures, and documentation changes. Assist in preparing cover letters, SOPs, and other supporting documents. Track application progress and provide timely updates to clients. Maintain accurate client records and case files. Liaise with relevant authorities or consultants as needed.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred: immigration studies, business, or related). Minimum 1 year of experience in Canada immigration or visa documentation. Strong understanding of Canada visa categories and documentation requirements. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to handle multiple files efficiently and meet deadlines. Proficiency in MS Office and document management systems.
