The Visa Documentation Officer is responsible for preparing, reviewing, and managing all client documents required for Canada and Australia immigration processes. This role ensures accuracy, compliance, and timely submission of applications while maintaining high standards of client service.
Collect, verify, and organize documents from clients as per Canada and Australia immigration requirements.
Prepare application forms, affidavits, letters, and other supporting documents.
Review all documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with immigration guidelines.
Maintain updated checklists for different visa categories (Study, PR, Work, Visitor, etc.).
2. Client Coordination
Guide clients on required documents and timelines.
Follow up consistently with clients to ensure timely submission of pending documents.
Explain immigration procedures, document standards, and process flow clearly.
3. File Management & Compliance
Maintain detailed case files in CRM/software.
Ensure all documents meet IRCC (Canada) and DHA (Australia) standards.
Keep updated with policy changes, document formats, and visa requirements.
4. Quality Control
Conduct internal audits of files before submission.
Highlight missing information, document errors, or risks in client files.
Ensure files are error-free before forwarding to the processing team/RCIC/MARA agent.
5. Team Support
Coordinate with the sales and processing teams for smooth workflow.
Support case officers and senior consultants with documentation clarifications.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in immigration documentation (Canada/Australia).
Strong attention to detail and document accuracy.
Good communication skills (written and verbal).
Basic knowledge of immigration portals, document formats, and compliance norms.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
